Dongfeng Forging Co., Ltd. was jointly invested by Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Motor Industry Import and Export Co., Ltd. with a total investment of 450 million yuan. It was restructured on the basis of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. Forging Plant and Hubei Shenli Forging Co., Ltd. Mainly engaged in the design, development, production and operation of a full range of automotive steel die forgings.

Dongfeng Forging Co., Ltd. specializes in products such as crankshafts, connecting rods, wheel hubs, and gears, with a production capacity of 115000 tons per year. The company has unique advantages in the development and manufacturing of high, precision, and large forgings through the use of CAD/CAE/CAM and other methods. We have a forging production line consisting of 18MN-120MN series hot forging presses, 4.5MN-16MN series horizontal parting forging machines, and Hardbell rapid forging machines. Through TS16949 quality system certification, equipped with ultrasonic, magnetic flaw detection, coordinate measuring instrument and other testing methods. Realize rapid manufacturing of high-precision molds through high-speed CNC machining.  

Hubei Shenli Forging Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Dongfeng Forging Co., Ltd., has a total investment of 222.27 million yuan and owns a 125MN hot forging press automatic line, axle assembly line, and automobile front axle, three arm and other parts processing lines. The annual production and sales of forgings are 23600 tons, with a processing capacity of 150000 pieces per year.
